Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time, unless otherwise agreed, is 11 a.m.
Deposit of 50% is required to secure booking, and remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival will require 100% payment at time of booking.
Cancellations: We will attempt to rebook your time slot and if successful, a full refund, less $50 processing fee will be refunded to you.
Security Deposit: We require a security deposit of 50% of your booking fee. This will be held by credit card imprint and processed only if damage occurs or if extensive cleaning is necessary.
PLEASE NOTE - Narrow Escape Waterfront Vacation Rental near Campbell River is "ADULT ORIENTED" due to intense oceanside currents. This is a gentle warning for families with young children. Swimming is not possible here but several inviting lakes are within a short distance. Please always check with us before having a waterside fire as they be banned in the dry summer season.
